The Pennsylvania State Police Troop D – Butler Station is looking for the whereabouts of 44-year-old Ryan Alan WILLIAMS.
WILLIAMS began his crime spree by burglarizing a victim’s residence and stole a shotgun threatening to harm the victim by holding a knife to the victim’s throat.
WILLIAMS found the victim at another location and fired several rounds into the residence where several people were located.
Nobody was injured and WILLIAMS fled in an unknown direction.
WILLIAMS has made several statements that he will use violence towards any law enforcement and/or victim’s that encounter him.
WILLIAMS is to be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS, as the shotgun stolen from the first incident has not been recovered. It is believed WILLIAMS may also be in possession of several other firearms.
