James Conan Burn is wanted on charges of reckless endangerment and possession of a controlled substance for supplying heroin to a mother, her 14 year old daughter, and the daughter's 16 year old friend. James Conan Burn was also reported to have been present while the mother had injected the 14 and 16 year old girls with heroin, supplied by James Burn.
