The Road closure at Bristol and Mearns is now open , but due to road closures on Bristol Road associated with an accident, certain sections of Bristol Road, Laurel Avenue and Mearns Road were unable to have trash and recycling collected. Due to paving constraints, sections of Winchester road may not have had trash collected today. Please leave any missed trash or recycling at the curb and Mascaro will return tomorrow.

Warminster Police are investigating and accident at Bristol and Mearns Road. During the accident a Peco Pole was taken down and damaged. Road will be closed for several hours. Peco is on scene making repairs. Warminster Police were assisted by Warwick Police and Fire Police.

Milling and resurfacing work on Bullfrog Valley Road between Wood Rd and Roush Rd will result in daytime closures of portions of the roadway beginning Tuesday, June 11th. 

Portions of Bullfrog Valley Rd will be closed to all vehicle traffic during the hours of 7am-4pm daily (weather permitting and excluding weekends). Motorists are encouraged to use Waltonville and Sand Hill Roads during maintenance periods.

The project is scheduled to be completed during the week of June 24. ###

On 6/9/2019 @ 9:48pm the CoGos Convenience Store @ 620 Lincoln Avenue was robbed at gunpoint by an unknown aged black male.  The male entered the store and confronted the sole female clerk stealing money from the cash registers and back office area.  The male was disguised with dark clothing of his face and head.  He used a small semi-automatic handgun that appeared to be a Glock style weapon with two-toned coloring (brown and black).   

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Bellevue PD with tips and information.  

Emergency Road Construction Notice for Cornell Street, Lower Alsace Township

Repairs to storm water drainage facility is expected to begin on Monday June 10, 2019 (weather permitting) and will continue until the storm water drainage facility is repaired.

Street closed signs will be placed at Cornell Street’s intersection with Carsonia Avenue and Friedensburg Road.

The Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department continues the investigation into events involving damages to approximately a dozen residential structures and parked vehicles by individuals spray painting the property. On June 8 , many property owners awoke to find their homes and cars damaged by senseless acts of criminal mischief. Damages are still being tabulated for exact loss totals. Monday June 10th Township employees will be milling in the Becker development and then move to Laurie Lane between Newport Rd and the Southern intersection of Brookview Drive. Cleaning along the curbs will also take place at this time.

Tuesday June 11th AMS will begin applying material on Oakwood Lane, Buckwood Lane, Spring View Drive, and portions of Woodland Ave. Township employees will finish milling and cleaning on Laurie Lane.

Wednesday June 12th AMS will apply material on Woodland Ave, Crest Drive, Becker Drive and West 3rd Ave.
