Over the past couple days several people have contacted Lancaster Bureau of Police regarding suspicious phone calls. People have reported receiving calls from someone that claims to be a representative of law enforcement. The caller then claims that the person has outstanding warrants. The caller claims that they can satisfy the fines & fees by obtaining a GooglePlay cards and providing the access numbers on the cards. This is a scam. Law Enforcement in Lancaster County will NOT notify you of outstanding warrants over the phone.

On 3/28/19 a set of keys was turned into the Doylestown Township Police Department.  They were located in the area of Short Road and Pine View Drive in the township.  If you lost a set of keys, please contact this department at 215-348-4201 to identify them.
