Warminster Police understands during these unprecedent times, when the police departments needed to restrict their lobby and closer the drug take back boxes, residents may have accumulated unused prescribed narcotics, that if not properly disposed of, may find their way into unwanted hands. To help Warminster residents, Warminster Police will be conducting a one-day drug take back, on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 from 09:00 am to 3:00 pm at Warminster Police Headquarters, located at 401 Gibson Ave, Warminster.

The stay-at-home order for all "red" counties in Pennsylvania has been extended until June 4, Gov. Tom Wolf's office announced Thursday night.

The Lower Swatara Township Police has recently observed a rise in email scams. These scammers take advantage of victims by using the “fear for pay” tactic, also known as extortion. An email is usually sent to the victim containing a previously used password and a threat to “leak” embarrassing information about the victim in exchange for a payment.
