COVID Cases – 1,545 (+19)

This number includes 1,468 confirmed cases and 77 probable cases.

Today May 13,2020 from 9 to 3. Warminster police are conducting a one day drug take back. If you have any unused narcotics and are looking to safely dispose of them. The Warminster Police lobby is open to help you.

The Warminster Township Police Department along with numerous surrounding jurisdictions are investigating numerous cases of counterfeit $100.00 bills being passed at local business. Individuals will pass these counterfeit bills making small purchases in order to get change.

Real Estate Scams:  Residents that are purchasing a property and awaiting settlement will receive an email from a person posing as their realtor.  The email will state that they need to wire a large sum of money to be put into escrow to go forward with settlement.  Unfortunately, many wire the money and later discover that the email(s) and the recipient of the funds were not legitimate, and they are a victim of a scam.  The true realtor's email and the scam email are usually very similar with a character added and sometimes

There currently is police activity taking place in the area of Hilltown Pike and Route 152. Please avoid the area. Information will be provided as necessary.

The 2200 blk of Polk Valley Road will be closed until 3:00pm today to allow for the removal of a leaning tree. Please avoid the area.

There were multiple mailboxes damaged in the 1800 block of Spring Rd, and the 2100 block of Douglas Dr. Saturday night into Sunday morning (May 9th-10th) from a hit and run vehicle.  Anyone with information on a vehicle in the area with suspicious damage to the passenger front or side should contact the North Middleton Township Police Department at (717-243-7910).
