The following roadways have water on them and Public Works has put up barricades as needed: Creekwood Drive Sheepford Road at the 1700 block and at the creek bridge. Gettysburg Road in front of Dairy Farmers. Per the National Weather Service - The Yellow Breeches Creek will crest near 8.8 feet by this afternoon.

The Doylestown Township Police Department is searching for the operator of a newer model black sedan believed to be a Mercedes-Benz in which the driver fled the scene of a traffic collision which occurred at approximately 1:30 pm on March 20th, 2019. The collision occurred on State Street in the area of Doylestown Hospital. The suspect vehicle is suspected to have a sustained damage along the front passenger side rim and quarter panel areas.

The search at the Middle Creek Wildlife Area for a missing subject has not located the individual being sought.

The Solebury Township Police Department responded to a report of a single vehicle crash with injuries off Route 202 near Silver Tail Lane at 11:50AM on March 19, 2019. On arrival officers located the involved vehicle, a 2012 Mercedes sedan in the rear yard of a house on the 200 block of Bobwhite Road in Fox Run Preserve. Both the 57-year-old male operator of New Hope, PA and 79-year-old female passenger of Stockton, NJ sustained serious injuries.

Doylestown Township Police are currently on scene with a one vehicle traffic accident in the area of 1730 Lower State Road. Please use caution if in the area.

NLCRPD and Pennsylvania Game Commission officers are assisting search crews at the Middle Creek Wildlife Area in attempts to locate an adult male who remains unaccounted for. 

The Warminster Police are investigating an attempted child luring that occurred on Saturday 3/16/2019 at approximately 11:50am along north bound side of Jacksonville Rd in front of 299 Jacksonville Rd. The 16 year old victim reported a small older model black sedan stopped in the roadway where she was walking. The sole occupant/driver of the sedan yelled out to the victim and verbally threatened to force the victim into his vehicle. The victim ran off to a nearby friend and the vehicle drove off continuing north bound.

For the past two weeks we have noticed an increase of unlocked vehicles entered throughout Palmer Township, the best way to combat this criminal activity is to lock the doors to your vehicle. The person(s) entering the vehicles look and prey on easy targets, (i.e. open vehicles). Please call and report any and all suspicious people/activity to (610)759-2200.
