On Saturday 7/2/22 the traffic signal on Swamp Road (aka RT 313) at its intersection with south bound RT 611 Bypass is not functioning properly. The light is set to yellow flash for both directions until repairs can be done. It is expected to be corrected today. As always, use caution at this yellow flashing light. Left turns must yield to oncoming traffic close enough to constitute a hazard.
This dog was located on Wyoming Avenue near the Betty Mascelli (Forty Fort) Park) and had been taken to the S.P.C.A. Facility at 524 E Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. 570-825-4111. If anyone can identify it, please contact its owner.
Every year during the summer months, transitional gangs from out of the area make their way into Central Pennsylvania for brief periods of time to engage in criminal activity including but not limited to; home improvement scams, distraction burglaries, confidence scheme thefts, and other crimes that target the elderly and anyone else they think they can deceive.

Company, Neighborhood Sign Painting Service was not permitted to solicited nor does the Township offer this service.
