On Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 2:35am, the Ephrata Police responded to a home in the first block of Regan Dr. in Ephrata Twp. for a domestic dispute. Police arrested Ashley A. Young, 28, of Ephrata and charged her with Simple Assault and Harassment. She was arraigned and released on unsecured bail.
