On 5/17/18, Swatara Township Police were dispatched to McDonalds on Paxton St for a person falling asleep in the drive-through. It was determined that Kevin Johnson was driving under the influence.

Charges:

Jolley-Sounders was issued a non-traffic citation for confinement and housing of dogs after one of the dogs she was walking bit a man as she was walking by.
Carl was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County for a parole violation.
Myers was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of the Buck's County Sheriff's Office.
Heck was issued two non-traffic citations, one for criminal mischief and one for disorderly conduct, after he was involved in a road rage incident.
