On 1-15-19 CPD was dispatched to 37 W Washington St for a report of an intoxicated male causing a disturbance. The subject was identified as Chad Jones who was found to be heavily intoxicated in a public place. Jones was arrested, taken before DJ Manns' and then transported to FCJ.

On 12/7/18, Berwick officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Lewis Mellor. Mellor attempted to flee from officers but was later stopped. Mellor was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence of several narcotics. The Berwick Police Department currently has a warrant for his arrest.
