Charges:

On September 30th, 2018 at approximately 0120 hours, this department initiated a traffic stop in the 1600 block of State Route 93, Briar Creek Township. Through further investigation the operator was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was subsequently arrested.
On 11/5/18 at approximately 10:12 pm the Columbia Borough Police Department was dispatched for an ongoing harassment via texting. Lance Levi Shannon, 23, of Columbia was charged with a Protection From Abuse violation. Note: All parties are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
