On March 16, 2013, two Black males shot Renold “Rico” Julien several times at Locals 88 Bar on Poplar Street in Wilkes Barre, PA. One suspect is believed to go by Mitch or “Mitch Money”, last name unknown. He is described as a Black male of medium build with short hair and a beard. One suspect wore a gray hoodie with a white cap and the second suspect wore a brown coat with a white cap.
